Refund policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made via the Garame Cleaning Co website.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our products with a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. You do not need to return the bottle.

If you contact us after 30 days, we may still offer a refund at our discretion, as our priority is making sure every customer is satisfied. We reserve the right, however, to refuse purchases or refunds from individuals who have previously claimed refunds for Garame Cleaning Co products.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

  • Cancel the purchase, and

  • Receive a refund for the price of the goods, and

  • Claim compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage.

Suppose the failure does not amount to a major failure. In that case, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, or to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

Exceptions

We may refuse to provide a refund, repair or replacement if:

  • The product was misused in a way that caused the problem,

  • You were made aware of the problem before purchase, or

  • Another exception under the Australian Consumer Law applies.

Response Time

We aim to process refunds or replacements within 5 business days of receiving your request.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
